Adjatay Barbersson

Adjatay Barbersson, (-2881, -2796) was a quarryman in Nok.

Adjatay believed in Shamanism.

He lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. He had only a basic knowledge that summed up to a few oral stories from childhood. He was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. He had an unbending mind, always reaching their goal.

Adjatay, 32 years old, quarryman, became the new leader of the family.

At the age of 46, Adjatay decided to improve his knowledge. He found a mentor that teached him many new useful and wonderful things. Later, Adjatay slept with a lover that broke his heart. A little while after, Adjatay was driven away from Ngalue for being different. The departure was sponsored by a local figure that gave him a recommandation, so he would be welcomed wherever he went. The family settled in Lomekwi. A little while after, Adjatay fell in love with Emetemedia, an ugly woman, 34 years old, a beggar. Both married and lived together from now on.

Later, Emetemedia got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However, the baby died in the following year by accidental suffocation. The whole family was shaken.

11 years later, Adjatay invested all his time and energy in his work. At the same time, Adjatay created a garden.

Soon after, Emetemedia got pregnant, and gave birth to a very small girl named Qalhata.

At the age of 72, Adjatay decided to go back to where his family came. He packed a few possessions and departed for a the old place he often talked about. The travel did change him, making him stronger than before. The family settled in Nok. Half a year later, Adjatay learned about medicinal plants.

At the age of 85, Adjatay decided to visit the world. He went on a long journey and reached Gwisho Hot-Springs, in Africa : a small village located in a flat plain between a cold and a hot, sulfurous, spring. The travel was the occasion to do some merchandise dealing, and he made some business. Then he came back and was quite happy to find his house and family. At the same time, Adjatay lost his libido. At the same time, Adjatay had a big fight and broke ties with a member of the family.

Adjatay died because of an infection.
