Ogheneme Salt
Ogheneme Salt, (219, 285) was a merchant in Carthage.
Ogheneme believed in Ancient Egyptian religion.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, she made some friends among it. People saw Ogheneme as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. She was considered strong-willed, a leader at heart.
Ogheneme, 15 years old, merchant, became the new leader of the family.
Aged 21, Ogheneme needed more love in her life and began to flirt around. Ogheneme had a passionate affair with Kahina, an ugly woman, 15 years old, a cook. A little while after, Ogheneme drew a precise map of her location. Later, Ogheneme felt lonely. Nine months after, Ogheneme fell in love with Baragsen, a beautiful man, 32 years old, a basket maker. Both married and lived together from now on.

The same day, Ogheneme got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However, the baby died in the following year by accidental poisoning. The whole family was shaken.
7 years later, Ogheneme spent time to learn to cook better, and made some various experiments. Not all of the dishes were good, but most weren't bad. A little while after, Ogheneme learned about medicinal plants.
15 years later, Ogheneme decided to settle somewhere else. She packed a few possessions and departed for a new place. The travel was the occasion to do some merchandise dealing, and she made some business. The family settled in Banganarti. Half a year later, Ogheneme experienced insomia.
