Menhet Ferkeif, (409, 463) was a circus artist in Assur.
Menhet believed in Mithraism.
She lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. She lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Assur, she gained the trust or the friendship of no one. She was a major cultural actor of the time, and known to have autored masterpieces. She was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. She was a determined one, living an independant way of life.
Menhet, -409 years old, was chosen to be the leader of another branch of the family. However, she was too young for now and was raised by a friend of the family.
In the year 425, Menhet, 16 years old, circus artist, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
At the age of 30, Menhet needed more love in her life and began to flirt around. Menhet had a passionate affair with Shabaka, a monstrous looking man, 16 years old, a drug dealer. A bastard child came out of this short lived love. It was an adorable boy named Teriahi. Menhet had no choice but to adopt Teriahi who became part of the family from now on. A few weeks later, Menhet found an ancient and beautiful sculpture buried in her garden.
In the year 449, Menhet decided to settle somewhere else. She packed a few possessions and departed for a new place. The travel was the occasion to do some merchandise dealing, and she made some business. The family settled in Assur. Soon after, Menhet had to fight in a war and came back injured.
She was oppressed by the people in Assur for believing in Berber religion, and she had to change her religion to Mithraism.
9 years later, Menhet spent time and money for the people that needed help. Nine months after, Menhet read some forbidden texts.
At the age of 54, Menhet invested time and efforts into a special artistic creation, but it wasn't a success, for she had no enough culture. People made fun of her attempt at creation, and Menhet lost courage. Nine months after, Menhet was tricked by a confidence man. The same day, Menhet got drunk and did thinqs she had regrets for all her life. On the next full moon, Menhet fell in love with Mert, an ugly man, 24 years old, a salt miner. Both married and lived together from now on.
Menhet died of a heart failure.
