Onanojah Tafsutfitz
Onanojah Tafsutfitz, (-2206, -2124) was a leather worker in Volubilis.
Onanojah believed in Folk religion.
He lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. He had a refined culture, and was known to read, and sometimes write, for pleasure. He was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. He was a determined one, living an independant way of life.
Onanojah, 44 years old, leather worker, became the new leader of the family.
10 years later, Onanojah decided to visit the world. He went on a long journey and reached Khami, in Africa : a large city of long stone houses on the side of a mountain. The travel was uneventful, and a little bit boring and long. Then he came back and was quite happy to find his house and family. Half a year later, Onanojah had his house stormed down by a hurricane. Later, Onanojah had to hold a very ceremonial speech and did well. At the same time, Onanojah fell in love with Sekhmakh, an ugly woman, 38 years old, a servant. Both married and lived together from now on.
At the same time, Sekhmakh got pregnant, and gave birth to an adorable girl named Wawira.
13 years later, Onanojah invested all his time and energy in his work. A few weeks later, Onanojah read some forbidden texts.
He was oppressed by the people in Volubilis for believing in Folk religion, and everything was difficult.
Aged 73, Onanojah wanted to marry again, for his heart was big. He began to look for a suitable spouse in Volubilis. Onanojah fell in love with Jol, a beautiful woman, 24 years old, a weaver. Both married and lived together from now on. A little while after, Onanojah went through a depression. The same day, Onanojah drove away some wild beasts lurking around his house.
On the next full moon, Jol got pregnant, and gave birth to a monstrous looking girl named Gilukhipa.
He was oppressed by the people in Volubilis for believing in Folk religion, but his faith and his will were strenghtened by this trial.
9 years later, Onanojah spent time and wealth to improve his living space. Now it was much more comfortable, and beautiful. On the first day of the month after, Onanojah blackmailed a famous figure in Volubilis to gain influence.
Later, Jol got pregnant, and gave birth to an adorable girl named Gilukhipa.
Onanojah died of a heart failure.
