Awawa Tafsutfitz, (-2037, -1953) was a prostitute in Volubilis.
Awawa believed in Animism.
He lived a life of poverty. He was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. People saw Awawa as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which he did for friends. He was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. He was known as resolute, with a true entrepreneur spirit.
Awawa, 5 years old, was chosen to be the new leader of the family. However, he was too young for now and was raised by a friend of the family.
At the age of 16, Awawa, 16 years old, leather worker, became the new leader of the family.
At the age of 23, Awawa wanted to find the love of his live and marry. He began to look for a suitable spouse in Volubilis. Awawa fell in love with Lunja, an ugly woman, 29 years old, a toolmaker. Both married and lived together from now on. A few days later, Awawa got a big sunburn that drove him mad for days. At the same time, Awawa had to flee during a fight in Volubilis.
Half a year later, Lunja got pregnant, and gave birth to an ugly girl named Enku.
8 years later, Awawa had an opportunity to change his activity. After some time and some learning, he became fisher. Nine months after, Awawa envied his neighbor.
Later, Lunja got pregnant, and gave birth to a monstrous looking boy named Idder.
In the year -2001, Awawa decided to enjoy life. He spent everything he earned for the pleasure of the body and the mind. Many people in Volubilis were invited to enjoy life with him, and thus, he made many friends. Nine months after, Awawa began to set a very strict planning of his days. Half a year later, Awawa saw a shooting star and made a special wish.
A few days later, Lunja got pregnant, and gave birth to a very small boy named Wagguten.
8 years later, Awawa invested time and efforts into a special artistic creation, but it wasn't a success, for he had no enough culture. People made fun of his attempt at creation, and Awawa lost courage. Half a year later, Awawa reconciled with an ex friend.
14 years later, Awawa spent time and money for the people that needed help. A few weeks later, Awawa created a tradition of an annual family meeting.
7 years later, Awawa had an opportunity to change his activity. After some time and some learning, he became prostitute. Nine months after, Awawa learned to use a ship. On the first day of the month after, Awawa dreamed of a better place.
In the year -1965, Awawa spent time to learn to cook better, and made some various experiments. Not all of the dishes were good, but most weren't bad. Later, Awawa became a criminal and kidnapped someone for a ransom. On the next full moon, Awawa had a mystic vision.
Aged 84, Awawa decided to visit the world. He went on a long journey and reached Naqa, in Africa : a large city of beautiful stone buildings and magnificent temples, not far from the Nile. During his travel he were attacked by a group of bandits that took most of his possessions. Then he came back and was quite happy to find his house and family. On the first day of the month after, Awawa sold everything he didn't use.
Awawa died of a stroke.
