Sekhmakh Lezgongue, (-2567, -2504) was a fisher in Engaruka.

However, she made some friends among it. She was known to have a good technical knowledge of their job and some pieces of general knowledge. She could read and write a little bit. She was strong, beautiful, and long lived. She was known as resolute, with a true entrepreneur spirit.

Aged 37, Sekhmakh lost her beliefs and turned to Shamanism. A little while after, Sekhmakh gave some political ideas that were appreciated in her community.
