Teriahi Znort

Teriahi Znort, (-2008, -1933) was a cook in Tlokwe.

Teriahi believed in Ancient Egyptian religion.

He lived a life of poverty. He was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. He had a low knowledge of life, summing up to some technical tricks and tales from Tlokwe. He was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. He was known as resolute, with a true entrepreneur spirit.

Teriahi, 32 years old, cook, became the new leader of the family.

In the year -1971, Teriahi decided to visit the world. He went on a long journey and reached Tiya, in Africa : a pastoral town located in a green prairie planted with stone megaliths. The departure was sponsored by a local figure that gave him a recommandation, so he would be welcomed wherever he went. Then he came back and was quite happy to find his house and family. A few weeks later, Teriahi bought some new personal things at a fair price. At the same time, Teriahi baked the perfect food.

At the age of 52, Teriahi needed money. He resolved to sell a family treasure : the painting. It was a difficult decision, and the sale granted him little money. Soon after, Teriahi was disgusted by the politics in Sidubu Cave. Soon after, Teriahi had his house stormed down by a hurricane. The same day, Teriahi fell in love with Zoputan, a stunning woman, 39 years old, a dancer. Both married and lived together from now on.

Later, Zoputan got pregnant, and gave birth to a huge baby boy named Fasika.

In the year -1943, Teriahi decided to go back to where his family came. He packed a few possessions and departed for a the old place he often talked about. The travel was the occasion to do some merchandise dealing, and he made some business. However, he found no place to settle, so he turned around. At the same time, Teriahi wrote a song. Later, Teriahi made an investment that earned him a lot.

Aged 75, Teriahi decided to settle somewhere else. He packed a few possessions and departed for a new place. The departure was sponsored by a local figure that gave him a recommandation, so he would be welcomed wherever he went. The family settled in Tlokwe. A little while after, Teriahi set himself the goal of being rich.

Teriahi died of a stroke.
