Menhet Aah

Menhet Aah, (-1845, -1786) was a storyteller in Leopard's Kopje.

Menhet believed in Shamanism.

She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She belonged to the low caste of the society, and had some friends among the servants, beggars and workers. People saw Menhet as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She had a sane way of life, exercising regurlarly. She was known to be lazy, barely waking up in the morning.

Menhet, 0 years old, was chosen to be the new leader of the family. However, she was too young for now and was raised by a friend of the family.

In the year -1829, Menhet, 16 years old, storyteller, became the new leader of the family.

In the year -1814, Menhet needed money. She resolved to sell a family treasure : the sickle. It was a difficult decision, and the sale granted her little money. On the next full moon, Menhet had her house stormed down by a hurricane. Soon after, Menhet fell in love with Chapusana, a beautiful man, 32 years old, a potter. Both married and lived together from now on.

Half a year later, Menhet got pregnant, and gave birth to a beautiful boy named Wagguten.

In the year -1804, Menhet decided to go back to where her family came. She packed a few possessions and departed for a the old place she often talked about. She got sick during the travel, and barely recovered. The family settled in Kaditshwene. A little while after, Menhet adopted a dog.

A few weeks later, Menhet got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However the baby disappeared and no one in the family never wanted to talk about this.

Aged 47, Menhet decided to settle somewhere else. She packed a few possessions and departed for a new place. During her travel she were attacked by a group of bandits that took most of her possessions. The family settled in Bambandyanalo. Soon after, Menhet inherited from a friend. At the same time, Menhet began to drink often.

Nine months after, Menhet got pregnant, and gave birth to a beautiful boy named Ejikeme.

12 years later, Menhet decided to settle somewhere else. She packed a few possessions and departed for a new place. She got sick during the travel, and barely recovered. The family settled in Leopard's Kopje. Nine months after, Menhet got the scarlet fever but survived.

Menhet passed away of old age.
