Amasis Armen
Amasis Armen, (1221, 1293) was a merchant in Ife.
Amasis believed in Shamanism.
He lived a life of poverty. He was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. He belonged to the low caste of the society, and had some friends among the servants, beggars and workers. He had a refined culture, and was known to read, and sometimes write, for pleasure. He was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. He was considered strong-willed, a leader at heart.
Amasis, 26 years old, merchant, became the new leader of the family.
5 years later, Amasis wanted to find the love of his live and marry. He began to look for a suitable spouse in Ife. Amasis fell in love with Butemwe, a beautiful woman, 26 years old, a spinner. Both married and lived together from now on. Nine months after, Amasis made a good business deal. A few weeks later, Amasis was praised for his work.
Later, Butemwe got pregnant, and gave birth to an adorable boy named Thutmose.
Aged 40, Amasis invested all his time and energy in his work. On the first day of the month after, Amasis met a good business partner.
Soon after, Butemwe got pregnant, and gave birth to a beautiful boy named Habtamu.
In the year 1276, Amasis invested all his time and energy in his work. A few days later, Amasis sheltered some lost animals. A few days later, Amasis had a mystic vision, and nobody believed him.
In the year 1283, Amasis spent time and wealth to improve his living space. Now it was much more comfortable, and beautiful. The same day, Amasis imagined a story that became famous.
In the year 1293, Amasis spent time socializing with people in Ife. He made some strong friendships (and a couple of enemies). On the next full moon, Amasis was condemned for theft in Ife.
Amasis died in his bed, with all his friends by his side.
