Karimala Horsee
Karimala Horsee, (-1968, -1901) was a storyteller in Tlokwe.
Karimala believed in Ancient Egyptian religion.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She was considered as a worker, belonging to the laborer caste of the society. She had struggles in accessing safe and well payed jobs and businesses. However, she made many friends. She was a major cultural actor of the time, and known to have autored masterpieces. She was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. She was a determined one, living an independant way of life.
Karimala, 32 years old, storyteller, became the new leader of the family.
At the age of 45, Karimala spent time and money for the people that needed help. Nine months after, Karimala decided to get up early each morning. A little while after, Karimala fell in love with Habtamu, a stunning man, 30 years old, a salt miner. Both married and lived together from now on.
Later, Karimala got pregnant, and gave birth to a very small boy named Ejikeme.
In the year -1917, Karimala decided to settle somewhere else. She packed a few possessions and departed for a new place. During her travel she were attacked by a group of bandits that took most of her possessions. The family settled in Gwisho Hot-Springs. Soon after, Karimala participated at a coup, but failed and had to get away. The travel was uneventful, and a little bit boring and long. The family settled in Tlokwe.
5 years later, Karimala invested all her time and energy in her work. Nine months after, Karimala was driven away from Tlokwe for being different. The travel did change her, making her stronger than before. However, she found no place to settle, so she turned around.
Aged 67, Karimala spent time socializing with people in Tlokwe. She made some strong friendships (and a couple of enemies). On the next full moon, Karimala had nightmares. A little while after, Karimala began gambling, and lost much.
Karimala died after a long agony.
