Apunanwu Mendes

Apunanwu Mendes, (-2990, -2955) was a vagabond in Tlokwe.

Apunanwu believed in Shamanism.

She lived a life of absolute poverty. Eating or sleeping in a safe place was a constant struggle. She was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, she made some friends among it. She had only a basic knowledge that summed up to a few oral stories from childhood. She was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. She was soft-spirited, rejecting any responsability.

Apunanwu, 7 years old, was chosen to be the new leader of the family. However, she was too young for now and was raised by a friend of the family.

At the age of 16, Apunanwu, 16 years old, vagabond, became the new leader of the family.

14 years later, Apunanwu spent time socializing with people in Tlokwe. She made some strong friendships (and a couple of enemies). Soon after, Apunanwu had a fight with her best friend and got heartbroken. Soon after, Apunanwu fell in love with Erhue, an average looking man, 32 years old, a gatherer. Both married and lived together from now on.

Half a year later, Apunanwu got pregnant, and gave birth to an ugly boy named Urhie.

In the year -2955, Apunanwu decided to visit the world. She went on a long journey and reached Samun Dukiya, in Africa : a small town in a rainy valley. The travel did change her, making her stronger than before. Then she came back and was quite happy to find her house and family. On the first day of the month after, Apunanwu learned an old tale from a wandering ermit. Soon after, Apunanwu became a part-time teacher.

At the same time, Apunanwu got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However, the baby died in the following year by an accidental fall. The whole family was shaken.

Apunanwu disappeared and was never seen again.
